Prof. Dr. İnan Keskin is an experienced Geotechnical engineer who has contributed to the education of numerous graduate students in the field of Geotechnical Engineering. After completing his undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees at Cumhuriyet University, he worked as a research assistant at the same university. He began his academic career as an Assistant Professor in 2011 and continued his studies at Karabük University, where he became an Associate Professor in 2018 and a Professor in 2023. Specialized in Geotechnical engineering, Dr. Keskin has broad expertise in areas such as soil-rock mechanics, engineering geology, soil and rock slope stability, geographical information systems, and liquefaction.

Throughout his academic career, İnan Keskin has held various significant positions, including the Department Chair and the Head of the Geotechnical Engineering Department at the Faculty of Engineering, Karabük University. In addition, he has actively participated in numerous administrative roles. Moreover, Keskin has made notable contributions to the field through national and international scientific articles, conference papers, and book publications. Focusing on expertise in Geotechnical engineering, he has also successfully undertaken editorial and referee roles for various scientific journals. In this context, Dr. Keskin strives to contribute to his areas of expertise by planning academic studies and taking on roles in international organizations within the field of Geotechnical engineering.
